Refund Policy

https://www.neelevents.com is not an online product or apparel store that ships any kind of merchandise to it’s customers. We offer clients our services in Events and Media verticals, so we cannot have a refund policy that mimic’s a retail store. One rule fits all is not a possibility here. Still, satisfaction of our esteemed clients is of immense importance to us. Hence, every contract is drawn individually with each client keeping into consideration the scope of work, offer or deal given to them. Here, mutual consent between the two parties are of paramount importance and same governs the refund policy. Some services may not have a refund at all, we make clients understand the reasons for same. This is communicated & mentioned in the contract drawn with the clients.

Disputes All efforts are made by our team to solve every issue with amicable means through mutual dialogue. Still, if at all a dispute arising out of the site or it’s services, shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of Haryana State (India). You irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located at Gurgaon in the state of Haryana, India.
